Consultations
Initial consultations are scheduled by our legal assistant, at the office or on Zoom. For immigration, divorce and real estate matters a consultation fee applies, which is credited toward your legal fee if the office takes your case. Personal injury consultations are free, and there is no attorney's fee unless there is a recovery; if there is no recovery, you owe no attorney's fee but remain responsible for case expenses. Case expenses are charges by third parties, not payments to the attorney, such as police report fees, medical records fees, court filing fees, process server fees and expert witness fees.
